Working principle for separater solar water heater:
There have three parts of the split pressurized solar water heater system: One is heat-pipe solar collector, the second is the water tank and there is one or two cooper coil inside the water tank(optional), the third is the working station which include the expansion tank, circulation pump, probe(pressure, temperature), cleck valve, the temperature sensor and flowmeter and the digital display.

The heater pipe solar collector absorbs solar energy and transmits it to the water tank through circulation, When the temperature of the collector reaches the set value, the controller starts the circulation pump automatically. The circulation pump makes heat-conductiong liquid circulate automatically. Then the heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the tank to heat the water.

The characteristic of the split pressurized solar water heater system:
1. The heater collector and the water tank is separated, that makes the system combine with the building perfectly, which will reduce the sightseeing for the building and environment around.
2. The tank could be installed inside the building, so the hot water loses less energy than the normal one. The upright tank can make the water temperature to a high level. It can hot the water instantly. And back up with electric heater so that in the day without sunshine hot water can also be used.

3. The heat-pipe is made of all the red cooper and conducted by heat transfer medium liquid, no water in the heat pipe vacuum tube. So, the system can normally work even if some vacuum tubes are broken.
4. The max work pressure of split pressurized solar water heater system is 12bar, the Operating Pressure is 6 bar. The split solar water heater systen can work at anti-freezing -35 celsius degree
5. Can be combined with gas or electric heater.

1. Expansion tank: 5L volume, 1Mpa maximum operation pressure (made in Italy)
2. Circulation pump: WILO RS15/6, there phases, 220V/50Hz (Made in German).
3. Probe: Pressure*Temperature Probe*Check valve.
