This type vacuum tube solar water heater has a assistant tank. The assistant tank can automatically supply cold water. And this solar water heater has one or two copper coil(optional). The copper coil is installed inside the tank as heat exchanger. The copper coil absorbs the heat in the water tank to heat the water in ther copper coil again. So it can immediately supply hot water. It works with pressure up to 0.2 Mpa and can normally work in all climate. The absorptive coating is ALN/ALN-SS/CU. This coating has high absorbing ratio(0.94) and low emission ratio(0.6). The heat efficiency is 0.64. The life span of the vacuum tube is 15 years.

Characteristics:
1. It is not easy to be frozen and cracked down even in hash weather.
2. The shortcoming of bursting of tube or water leakage due to aged rubber ring is eradicated;
3. The water tank is welded scientifically under the high frequency weld and argon-arc weld. The non-pressurized vacuum tube can be directly connected with tap water system to operate automatically with pressure-bearing.

Specification:
1. The inner tank is made of SUS304-2B stainless steel (thickness: 0.4mm(normal)/0.31mm/0.5mm/0.6mm). There is copper coil(optional) in the tank, and the heat water just come from the copper not from the tank;
2. The outer tank is made of a grade color steel. (thickness: 0.4mm). The assistant tank is also made of color steel.
3. Heat insulation layer: Imported PU(thickness: 55-60mm).
4. The normal size of vacuum tube is 58mm*1800 and 47mm*1500mm.
5. The bracket is made of galvanized steel with stoving varnish(thickness: 1.2mm).
6. Bracket degree: 45 /38 degree(normal). The actual value can be adjusted according to your latitude.
