Hot Water Tank:
Material of Inner Tank: SUS304-2B food grade Stainless Steel With 1.5 mm thickness;
Material of Outer Tank: Painted/Stainless Steel With 0.4mm thickness;
Heat Preservation: Polyurethane foam with 55mm thickness
Welding: Argon-arc welding technology(anti-rust) for tank body and pipes(for cold water inlet, hot water outlet, sensor, e-heater, magnesium bar)on the tank
With copper relief valve installed at the cold water inlet and PT valve on the top of the tank(the valves can keep a stable tank pressure).
Copper and stainless steel Male-well welded on the tank for the condensor of the heat pipe to insert in.

Working normally under extreme cold weather, starting working in 2 minutes under sunshine
Out-standing efficiency in the days without sunshine(normal vacuum tube system no such good efficiency); Supplying hot water all year round
High vauum degree inside the heat pipe vacuum tube can minimize heat loss
Heat transfer irreversible---heat pipe vacuum tube to water, never turning back. (no water in the heat pipe vacuum tube), so the water temperature in the tank is stable
Material: Galvanized Steel with 1.5mm thickness/Stainless Steel/aluminum alloy2.5mm
The heat pipe vacuum tube conducts the solar heat energy and transper it to the header/condensor of the heater pipe, which heats the cold water in the tank indirectly by a heat exchange way.
No water in tubes, even more than 1 tubes broken won't affect running of system.
Pressurized running, no need of feeding water manually, enjoy full-pressure showering.
Polyurethane foam ensures 72 hours temperature above 50 celsius degree
Multi-options for stand: Stainless steel, aluminum alloy with oxidation treatment and galvanized steel with plastic spraying.
Big heat gain (inorganic superconducting copper heat pipe, small heat capacity, fast start-up and heat transfer, heat loss is small), high output temperature

Increasing available water for using(the water in vacuum tube of a non-pressure system can not be taken out)
